Dream Holidays Ind provides travel services including but not limited to pilgrimage tours, domestic tours, FIT (Flexible Independent Travel) arrangements, and related travel services. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Bookings and Payments

2.1 Booking Process

All bookings must be made through our official channels. A booking is confirmed only after we have received the required deposit and acknowledged the booking in writing.

2.2 Payment Terms

  • A deposit is required at the time of booking
  • Full payment is due 30 days before departure for international tours and 15 days for domestic tours
  • All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
  • We accept payments via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other specified methods

2.3 Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made in writing
  • Cancellation charges apply based on the time of cancellation
  • Deposits are generally non-refundable
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 business days

3. Travel Documents

You are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents including passports, visas, and vaccinations. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or expense resulting from incorrect or incomplete documentation.

4. Health and Safety

You are responsible for ensuring you are physically fit to undertake the travel arrangements. We recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and other contingencies.

5. Liability

While we strive to ensure the accuracy of all information provided, we are not liable for any errors or omissions. We act as an agent for various service providers and are not responsible for their actions or omissions.

6. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to make changes to itineraries, accommodations, or transportation due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will provide the closest available alternative.

7. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Dream Holidays Ind and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
